 Westbock is a certified trainer, as well as installer of Clock Spring® which is an easy and affordable
method permanently repairing metal loss defects and leaks on your pipe. Clock Spring® eliminates the need for welding
or cutting the pipeline, increasing safety and eliminated environmental risk. Repairs can be made while the pipeline
is fully operaional, eliminating costly down time. Also, Clock Spring® requires no special handling, lifting, or
installation equipment and can be installed quickly and easily by two technicians. The system operates by transferring
the hoop stress from the defect, through a high compressive strength filler, to the Clock Spring® composite sleeve.

The HSSE Manager, an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, ensures
all Westbock employees are trained with the most current OSHA standards and operator qualifications.
Westbock
utilizes online services to ensure the most effective and productive training for employees. Monitoring P.H.M.S.A. (The
Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration) and Operating Engineer updates assures that Westbock employees are
trained in the most current certifications. To heighten safety throughout the entire workday, Westbock has included
a defensive driving program to our training policies. We believe this program will promote safety when behind the wheel
for work and pleasure.
